Emotional Freedom Technique

A gentle tool to support the body and mind

EFT can be used in many ways and every session is unique to the individual. It works with acupressure points and is as simple as tapping on points, whilst your therapist leads the session.

EFT can be used to support individuals with varied needs such as:

  • Anxiety & Overwhelm: Quieting a racing mind and restoring a sense of calm
  • Phobias & Fears: Shifting deep-seated subconscious triggers.
  • Trauma: Safely clearing old memories and emotional blocks.
  • Stress & Burnout: Releasing physical tension and chronic exhaustion held in the body.
  • Chronic Pain & Physical Symptoms: Your symptoms are your body’s way of communicating. EFT helps decode those messages and soothe physical flare-ups.
  • Neurodivergent Support: Helping individuals with ADHD manage sensory and emotional overstimulation.
Adaptable strategies

I have seen excellent results supporting ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, which is something I am passionate about.
