Wellness rooted in lived experience
My own journey with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) led me to explore the deep connections between stress, emotional wellbeing, nervous system health, and the body.
What began as a personal search for healing became the foundation of GCR Wellness — Growth, Connection, and Restoration.
Alongside my work as an EFT Practitioner, I am currently training in Functional Wellness with the College of Functional Wellness to deepen my understanding of root-cause wellbeing and whole-body health.
