I also have my own practice, that I use when I am anxious or experiencing emotions that I need to process

Yoga Nidra

I pencil in 20 minutes up to an hour of time a day for yoga Nidra. Whilst I am healing I find this beneficial to soothing my nervous system. 

I love Ally Boothroyd‘s meditations which are free on YouTube or downloadable from her website for offline use and a small cost.

Shakti Mat

Before I go to bed, I lie for 20 minutes on my Shakti mat. I find this helps me get ready for sleep in a way that is right for me. 

I also use my Shakti mat when I have pain flares and it can sometimes reduce the pain I am experiencing as my body soothes.
